Shipping policy

Ready to ship orders will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Custom orders will be put into the production

schedule and you will be advised of the time frame to produce your order which can vary from 2 weeks to one month.

 

Canadian Customers

• Orders will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited with tracking.
• If you require faster shipping service it will be shipped by Fedex.
• Local Toronto customers can pick up their orders by appointment only.

U.S. Customers

• Orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Please allow one extra transit day from Canada to the U.S.

International Customers

• Orders will be shipped by Asendia, USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.

 

Import charges, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges.
