It has mesh cutouts and a ruched mesh skirt, 3 D flower appliques and Swarovski crystals. More crystals can be added for a fee. This costume is size 14 girl for bust 31"- 32", waist 25" - 26", Hips 33" -34" and girth 53" - 54".
